Good understanding of health and hygiene within a food environment and a valid food hygiene certificate is desirable. Experience of budget control and development is essential as is a desire to exceed customer expectations. Working knowledge of all office functions and Microsoft packages is also essential. Responsibilities include managing 10 staff, kitchen management, cash handling, stock control, maintaining agreed cots and profit margins, maintaining and improving hygiene standards, driving up footfall and client liaison.
