Must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels including senior management. Will be required to control, maintain and update the Balfour Beatty Capital template cost models and manuals used in all PFI bids, provide technical assistance to ensure the BBCap cost model interfaces correctly with other input cost models and the financial model, provide support and training to bidding teams on how to populate and use the cost model.
