Instructional Officer - Industrial Clean

Instructor/supervisor for Industrial Workshop. Although primarily a peripatetic IO post, the role of which will be to oversee the cleaning of all areaa of the establishment, there will also be a requirement to work in the BICS workshop when required. For vocational training/construction industry training: ONC/BTEC/SCOTVEC NC/NVQ; For production posts: H&S inc. COSHH Desirable: Instructing/teaching/supervisory/production qualifications as appropriate including knowledge of NVQs where relevant. NVQ assessor qualification where relevant. Supervisory skills. This is a peripatetic post which will oversee the cleaning of all area's of the establishment. The management of prisoners in different locations, communication with staff, knowledge of cleaning techniques to deliver BICS accreditation are the key requirements of the role.
