Care Manager

As Care Manager for this house, you will play a pivotal role. Youll be responsible for ensuring high standards for our young people. Responsibilities include managing staffing, budget and resources, building maintenance and health. Leading and supporting your staff team, youll create and monitor individual care plans in what could be your most challenging and inspiring role yet. You should have proven supervisory experience in a care setting and a track record of working with people with difficulties similar to those experienced by our young people.
