Knowledge of accounts payable work, cashbook and Excel are each highly desirable. Knowledge of Sun Accounts is preferable but not a prerequisite. Must be IT literate with Excel spreadsheets and word processing packages. To assist the Financial Controller and Financial Analyst in managing financial affairs. You will undertake General Ledger duties and ensure that all invoices, cash transactions and general journals are accurately posted. You will handle bank account reconciliations, VAT returns and reconciliations, accruals and prepayments and Trade debtors.
