Marketing / Sales representative required for a leading facilities management contractual company based in North Yorkshire.The role will involve the following: Working within a team to ensure a good understanding of the portfolio of services, creating marketing initiatives including; advertising, PR, direct marketing, lead generation, online marketing and following through to completion. The aim is to generate new business across the north east of England. It is essential the candidate is confident and enthusiastic with the ability to communicate at all levels, self motivated and holds a full driving licence.The ideal candidate will have experience in the property management industry.
