NVQ 2 and experience desirable but not essential. Must have caring supportive nature; ability to follow guidelines, procedures & legislation; previous experience of working as a care assistant or doing support work; personal care such as bathing, toileting, dressing/undressing/assisting with feeding where necessary. Must be able to provide employment/education references for last 3 years. Successful applicants are required to provide a standard disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.
