Fishmonger (lep)

Experience would be an advantage, as would a Food Hygiene certificate, however full training can be given. Must have an interest in working as a fishmonger. Good communication and customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative are essential. Duties will involve setting up the fish counter, serving customers, cutting and deboning fish at the customers request, packing away and cleaning down the counter at end of day and any other related tasks as required. Opportunities for progression within the company and overtime available. Permanent after 12 weeks if suitable.
