You must be Customer focused, with a positive attitude. Have the ability to use your initative, and work alone. You will be involved in selling the hotel & rooms, therefore a knowledge of the local area is an advantage. Your main duties will be handling customer enquiries, by telephone, in person, & e-mail. Taking reservations, completing daily business sheets, and daily banking. Operating tills & Handling cash, & credit cards. Although qualifications are not essential, previous experience in a hotel environment is an advantage. Training will be given in the way of 2 weeks shadowing, followed by 2 weeks supervised, at the end of the 4 weeks your performance will be reviewed. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a lively, changeable, unpredictable environment, which offers promotional prospects within the hotel & within the group.
