Customer / Facilities Supervisor

The post holder must have Facilities experience and demonstrate flawless customer care at all times. They must have experience in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as Helpdesk and PPM applications and record keeping to ISO 9000 standard. Experience in using Maximo 5.2 and Microsoft Project would be an advantage. They must have knowledge of M&E, BMS, and Building Fabric, EMS and other building control systems as well as H&S and security implications.
