2nd Chef Lep

The opportunity for a 3rd chef/chef de partie looking for promotion. To be part of a very committed and passionate team. To contribute in achieving the high standard of food preparation and service required by the company. To prepare dishes/food as per the menus, to also contribute to the input of menus. To deputise in the absence of the Head Chef , with regard to the everyday running of the kitchen. Be fully committed to achieving the required food gross profit, aiding the Head chef in every way. You will be involved in the training and development of junior chefs, and supervising whilst on duty. At all times be aware of Health and Safety issues within your working environment.
