Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative

This Vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Hays Construction and Property who is operating as an employment agency. Temporary leading to permanent. Applicants must have a City and Guilds qualification or equivalent and a NVQ Level 3 in one or more relevant trades. Must have a qualification or certification in Health and Safety such as CSCS Card and must also have a full current driving licence as will be travelling to various sites on a daily basis. Applicants must be able to use a PDA System and must have recent experience within a similar role. Duties include, construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in domestic properties, responding positively to complaints and breakdowns, working on planned and re active maintenance works and recording jobs on PDA System.
