Duties carry out property ring outs, viewings, promoting , selling and valuations, viewings and mortgage appointments, You will be dealing wit both vendors and clients face to face and over the telephone, so must have an excellent telephone manner and good customer service skills. The successful candidate will have previous estate agency experience, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. Knowledge of the Thanet area would be desirable but is not essential.
