Duties include serving customers with alcoholic drinks, hot and cold food, collecting payment and operating the till, providing snacks, such as crisps and nuts, creating cocktails, keeping the bar area clean and well stocked, washing glasses and talking with customers and playing a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
