We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated person able to organise and manage restaurant facilities of a busy 4 Star Spa Hotel. Preferably will be fully experienced with references, plus excellent customer service and communication skills. Duties include customer service, training staff, recruiting staff, rota's, supervising breakfast and evening meals, assisting events coordinator with functions and events within the hotel.
