Face to face reception duties - booking patients in on arrival, directing patients to appropriate health care professionals. Booking appointments either in person or by telephone. IT duties, including scanning, issuing repeat prescriptions. General admin duties including filing and photocopying. We require someone who is pleasant and articulate. Able to understand the importance of and adhere to patient confidentiality. Computer literate. Smart appearance. Previous experience in this role is preferred but not essential.
