We are looking for a cook who can provide a good English style breakfast with pride; we are not talking bulk cooking as we only have 9 rooms which on a busy day will cater for 18 guests, all of whom need to leave on a high note. You will then assist in the preparation of food for lunch with the rest of the kitchen team and to maintain a high standard of hygiene and food stock rotation, portion and waste control. An NVQ Level 1 food handling qualification would be desirable or appropriate experience in a similar position.
