Full training will be given. To work a small accounts department assisting the Accountant with the completion of company accounts.

Previous experience in a caretaker role is essential. Duties include, report any fault to managing agents, to clean lobby stairwell, lifts, walkways, balconies and carpark. Applicant will wash and disinfect lobby floors and clean entrance doors. Applicant must ensure building is secure at all times, check alarms are set at all times and any other related tasks as required. Applicant must have previous DIY skills and perform handyman duties as and when needed. Applicant must be reliable, honest, approachable and highly energetic.
