Must have previous experience and a Food Hygiene Certificate. Duties will include catering for up to 100 people per day, menu planning, stock control, ordering of supplies, food preparation, managing the kitchen and ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced/standard disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer. Some minor or older offences may be taken into consideration.
