You must have a diploma in hotel management, catering and nutrition. Previous experience of working as a manager in an Indian restaurant is essential. You will be responsible for running 140 seat restaurant and 60 seat conference centre of your own. Job includes daily sales process, purchases, recruitment, advertising, public relation, daily running of the restaurant and its smooth operation, health hygiene matters, fire and other related training to staff plus any other associated work as directed by directors.
