We are rebranding our restaurant as Marco Pierre White, Wheeler's of St James, Camberley West. We are looking for experienced bar staff for our exclusive Hotel. Applicants must be aged 18+ due to licensing laws. Duties include serving drinks behind the bar, preparing drinks for the restaurant, and keeping bar clean and tidy. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.

Knowledge of how a kitchen runs would be a bonus, as would knowledge of the hotel. Duties include reporting to restaurant manager, being in charge of restaurant in managers absence, liaising with other departments, and acting as duty manager.
