Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Duties include the day to day running of on site laboratory in the butter packing room. Duties are to carry out and complete chemical testing. Will also be supervising quality and food safety systems and documentation, company policies and procedures. Must have good communication skills and knowledge of health and safety. A food hygiene certificate and knowledge of HACCP would be an advantage. May be required to work weekends.
