Skills required: An understanding of health and safety, the ability to work alone or in a team, reliable and trustworthy, Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Duties will include general cleaning of bar/restaurant , toilets and hotel rooms as required. Must be flexible to work additional hours to meet business needs when required.

Must be 18 years plus as will be working nights and serving alcohol unsupervised. Experience is preferred but not essential. Duties will include looking after the hotel and guests during the night including serving drinks and making snacks, hovering, cleaning rooms and resetting rooms for conferences and functions. You will be expected to move chairs and tables on a regular basis, and cover reception on occasion as well as handling cash.

Previous experience would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided. A Food Hygiene Certificate would be an advantage although full training will be provided. Must have previous experience in a hotel kitchen environment. Duties involve covering breakfast for up to 250 persons and preparation for lunch in a brassiere style service. Other duties will include preparing and cooking for functions. Flexible attitude to additional shifts is required.
