Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage but not essential but previous catering experience is essential. Applicants need to be enthusiastic, friendly, articulate and reliable. Duties include serving customers, preparing sandwiches and working on the till, working in the kitchen, opening and closing of the shop, stock ordering and cashing up.
