       We are looking for either an experienced Butcher or someone willing to train as a Butcher. Health and Hygiene certificate an advantage but not essential. Must have good telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team. Duties will include preparing meat, portion control and putting up orders for hotels and restaurants.
