This is an Apprenticeship. Funding is only available for those aged 16 - 18 years. Must have a great passion for cooking, want to gain experience and pursue a career within this environment. Duties include working amongst other staff within the kitchen, be trained in all aspects of food preparation to a high standard, stock replenishment, general cleaning and hygiene, and all other associated tasks.

This is an Apprenticeship. The Successful candidate will be polite, patient , well mannered, articulate with a smart appearance, confident and have a good attitude towards work. Must also be organised, self motivated, flexible and be able to work on own initiative. The candidate will be serving customers, making outbound calls and taking inbound calls, checking emails, cash handling, managing database, sales display and ensuring displays are presentable.

This is an Apprenticeship. Candidate will be required to serve customers, handle cash, answer calls with a high standard of customer service. Must have a good telephone manner, be able to deal with a variety of customers and have good numerical skills. The successful candidate will also be required to stock shelves, sort papers and be able to assist with the cleaning of the shop and stock room.
