As an Assistant Project Worker you need to be committed to helping service users gain independence and confidence in their lives. You do not need direct experience of working with people with learning disabilities but you will need to have insight into what this work entails, how you could best support people’s needs and lots of energy! Full training and support will be given. All CRB disclosure expenses will be met by Grace Eyre.
