Required for seasonal retail event in Santas Grotto. We're looking for staff to work as Elves, Santas and Supervisors to provide the Magic of Christmas to every child that visits the Grotto. Positions exist for enthusiastic, motivated people with a real passion for customer service team work. You will need a flexible approach, to be punctual, reliable, show good time management, communication skills and be expected to promote products in order to drive sales. Good rates of pay and excellent bonus scheme offered. Note: A CRB check will be required...

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the Grotto whilst driving sales. Your job will include customer queries, managing your staff, cash handling, stock control, all administration and any other duties and as required. Looking for someone with an eye for detail preferably with events or supervisory experience managing a large event over 6 weeks manging a team on 20 staff.
