Applicants must have sound catering experience and references will be required. The applicant will be assisting the head chef. Ideally applicants will be brand standard trained, however training can be given cooking food; ensuring all heath and safety and hygiene legislation are adhered to; maintaining and monitoring standards; maintaining portion control; . accept, check and store deliveries and maintain stock rotation; ensure dish costings are accurate: and other associated duties as required.
