The successful applicant must have accounts experience, basic IT skills (excel, outlook, word and internet), good communication skills to work as part of a team, good organisation and administrative skills. Duties include, preparing and banking of cheques, daily bank reconciliation, sub contractor support, bought ledger payment runs, processing of nominal invoices, distribution of post and any ad-hoc duties. Desirable skills would include, construction industry and accounting software experience.
