We are looking for a person who will be responsible for running the day to day front of house operation, reporting to the front of house manager. Must have experience in staff management, preparing Rotas, recruitment and selection and timesheet management. Candidate must be good at managing customers expectations and satisfaction, have a passion for service excellence, ideally have a knowledge of Opera systems or another front of house management system. Must be able to understand and adhere to brand guidelines.
