Hotel Receptionist to use computerised Hotel Reception system. Must have keyboard skills. Experience in this type of field is preferred. Duties are checking guests in using Hotel's computerised system, solving guests queries, guest complaints. Must have an excellent telephone manner. Must be prepared to work weekends on a rota and shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-. 11pm. Must be prepared to work both of these shift times.
