Previous experience in the Leisure Industry of selling caravans, mobile homes, park homes and luxury lodges is ideal but not essential as training will be given. Must hold valid driving licence and have own transport. Must have good communication and customer service skills. Duties to include sale and negotiation of static caravans, park homes and lodges on one of our holidays parks across the UK.

The ideal candidates would be an experienced couple willing to relocate to one of our exclusive country parks. Your duties will include grounds and maintenance, office admin and sales of new homes. You will have responsibility for the day to day operation on the park and will report directly to the head office. This job offers accommodation, free utilities, guaranteed income and the capacity to greatly increase your income through commission on sales.

Previous sales experience is essential. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential. You must be able to manage other personnel. Duties involve overseeing sales throughout the business, dealing with completions on sales, marketing appraisals, dealing with advertising, dealing with company branded products and all associated tasks.
