A general understanding of all maintenance would be preferred, a good level in carpentry is essential. Previous experience and references will be necessary. The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team and use his/her experience to work alone when necessary. Duties include putting in stud walls, hang doors, repairs to windows and all general aspects of carpentry.

Must be able to deputise for 2nd Chef to cover for holidays or days off. Good experience of larder, sauces, oven work and general kitchen duties. Preferably had experience in a similar role, however good opportunities for advancement in this stable long term position. Candidate will provide references and proof of previous experience.
