Must be 21+ for licence law. Must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Must have previous experience and worked on a lower management level. Duties to include management of staff together with care duties, as this is a hands on position. You will be working from 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm and be able to be on call.
