       Must have a good knowledge of building trade for residential and commercial, must have good communication skills both oral and written. Must have good flare for mathematics. Previous experience essential and must be able to read drawings and plans and work to specifications and have managerial skills. Must also have  a current driving licence and own transport but may have company vehicle after trial period. Must be able to deal with the public and contractors and have a good telephone manner. Duties will be estimating and pricing jobs from site...
