Must have AAT, ACA or ACCA or have extensive experience and have a good knowledge of Sage line 50. You will be responsible for the maintenance of bank accounts and accounting systems including sales ledger and purchase ledger. Must be able to prepare accounts up to trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheets in readiness for the auditors. Liasing with the auditors, preparation of monthly management accounts, preparation of VAT returns. Payroll experience is useful and the ability to deal with taxation issues would be useful.
