We are a small busy hotel and have a vacancy for an Assistant Manager. Previous experience is essential, this is an hands on role to supervise staff in bar and restaurant areas. Duties also include bar coverage, customer queries and all other hotel duties as required. This is a live in position. It may also be suitable for a couple as there are other vacancies available within the hotel. Position is based on Holy Island. This is permanent all year round employment.

Must be aged 18+. Previous experience would be an advantage, although training can be given. Must be confident with excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be flexible for this varied role and be a good team player. Duties will include: Some Bar work, light kitchen duties and also some light cleaning duties. Previous experience essential. Duties will include looking after the grounds of the hotel, from weeding to planting and all associated tasks. This is a seasonal job immediate start till 2nd week of November then it will restart in March 2012.
