Previous customer care experience is essential. Experience of a legal environment would be beneficial. Must be conversant with Microsoft office and Excel and have an excellent telephone manner. Duties will include answering of inbound telephone calls, providing information regarding legal services, mortgage accounts and various insurance products for customers, clients and agents.
