Must be caring, compassionate and dedicated. Must have a person centred approach to care. NVQ level 2 or 3 is desirable but not essential as training can be given. Previous experience is preferred. Duties will involve providing personal care of residents, washing, dressing and assisting in the general running of the home. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by applicant.
