An experienced Customer Services Telesales Operator required to make telephone bookings for a small busy office. Main duties will include handling upwards of 120 outbound calls to customers per day. Applicants must be experienced in updating an online database with booking details for all calls made. The individual needs to be hardworking, have an excellent telephone manner and well spoken English and be available for an immediate start. Hours may include occasional early evenings and Saturday work.
