A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Care Advisor. Working as part of a team you will primarily be responsible for dealing with incoming phone queries from our existing customers or internal departments. Applicants must have the ability to work on their own initiative, be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. Must be IT literate and NVQ qualifications in customer service or administration are desirable.

Must be computer literate. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will be expected to work on your own initiative and be self motivated whilst being part of the team. You will have responsibility to maintain the effective running of the customer care team ensuring that all customer and depot enquiries are adhered to. A key part of the role will be to manage the customer care calls and maintain good communication with all the depots.

Must have experience in class 1 driving. You will be a relief driver to cover holiday and sickness in the Bristol depots and any other contracts at the Bristol Depot as required. Duties include all aspects of Class 1 driving and other associated duties.

Temporary position to cover maternity leave. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and experience is essential. As part of a team, you will need to be able to control approximately 20 collection and delivery vehicles, working within Central Scotland. A good geographical knowledge of this area is essential, as you will be coordinating collections and deliveries for these vehicles throughout Central Scotland. Working in a very busy environment, taking telephone calls from drivers and customers with problems that need to be resolved quickly....

Must have 7.5 tonne driving licence and a drivers digital card. Must have previous multi-drop experience in Glasgow and Lanarkshire areas and be able to do 50+ deliveries per day. Minor points considered. Heavy lifting is involved. An immediate start is possible.
