To assist with general kitchen duties and cooking under the supervision or direction of the Cook Supervisor. Applicants must have a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and possess or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Additional skills include basic food preparation, basic cooking skills e.g breakfasts, hot teas, simple menu dishes.
