Good interpersonal skills, sales orientated, the ability to listen and anticipate, diplomacy and self-control and good organisational abilities. Manage invoicing payments, day shift cash operations, check the room report and keep housekeeping informed of any modifications. Take reservations and business enquiries out of office hours.
