Must be age 18+ for working night shifts. Previous coordinating experience in domiciliary care is essential. Must have excellent communication skills and NVQ level 2 or equivalent. Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle in order to visit peoples homes. Duties are to ensure high delivery of customer service, effective coordinating of staff rotas, create and review care plans, recruitment and selection of care staff and maintenance of care staff records and administration.
