Previous experience is essential. NVQ level 1 or 2 or equivalent or city and guilds qualifications desirable. Food hygiene certificate is desirable. You will be undertaking food preparation duties, for 30 plus people. Must be able to follow a menu and work on own initiative. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure.
