Skills required: A good understanding of health and safety and basic hygiene rules, good customer service skills. Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Barrister training will be given. Part time and Full Time positions available. Duties include Hospitality Front of house. Food and beverage service to customers counter and cafe. Keeping work area clean and tidy. Cash handling use of til. Temporary leading to permanent.

Must have previous experience working in a fast paced cafe/restaurant environment, have an hospitality background and have previous supervisory/managerial experience and be able to work on own initiative. Must be IT literate. Knowledge of fresh produce and cakes is desirable but not essential. Duties to include managing the store in the managers absence, ordering stock, stock control, counter presentation, staff supervision, dealing with rotas, cashing up and any other associated duties as required.
