Must have previous experience in clothing alterations and be able to operate industrial grade sewing machines to a good and timely schedule. Must have good communication and good interpersonal skills as the job requires the applicant to work with the public. Must be competent with all types of garment rework, and alterations which willinclude cutting, pinning, measuring and machining using flat, overlocker, and blind hemming machines. There is also some administrative skills are required for recording of written instructions on work tickets.
