Will be working for a fire and flood restoration company. Previous experience not essential. You will be carrying cleaning in private and commercial properties following fire or flood in the South Wales area. Driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential.

Skills required: Reliable and trustworthy. Basic numeracy and literacy for report writing. Desirable skills: Previous experience in a similar role. Duties include: Assisting the Technician in Cleaning and de-contamination of domestic and commercial premises including handling bio-waste. Lifting and handling is involved. Successful applicants are required to provide a standard disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by employer.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training can be given. Required to clean rooms of a hotel including making beds, and general cleaning as required. Applicants need to be aware there is an unpaid hotel shut down during the month of January. Can also go straight round to premises to collect an application form.
