As one of our Account Managers your primary responsibility would be to ensure that our customers make their payments promptly. You would make telephone contact with those customers, send correspondence and if necessary, visit them in their home to resolve the problem. Where a problem cannot be resolved, you may collect and return products to the store. You would also be responsible for taking customers overdue payments and counselling them to rectify their account.

Must be able to drive due to location of job. Must have relevant retail management, catering or hospitality experience. Duties include day to day running of a high profile busy restaurant. Kpi management. Staff management, control of shrinkage and motivation of team.
